Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Cutebugs sells digital PDF downloads. During checkout, customers are asked to confirm immediate digital delivery. Under EU consumer rules, the right of withdrawal may be lost when digital content delivery begins after the customer gives explicit consent and acknowledges that consequence.

If a file is damaged, a download link does not work, or the wrong file was delivered, contact support and we will help. Refunds may be considered when there is a clear technical or fulfilment problem that cannot be resolved.
