Who controls your data
MB Sprenda, trading as Cutebugs.eu ("Cutebugs", "we", "us"), is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hi@cutebugs.eu or hi@sprenda.tech.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we may receive your name, email address, billing address and country, VAT or tax information, order contents, currency, amount, Stripe transaction identifiers, and payment status. Stripe processes your payment card or wallet details; Cutebugs does not receive or store full card numbers.
When we provide a digital download, we create a limited-use download token and record its creation, expiry, use count, and last use. When you contact us or subscribe to marketing, we process the information you provide. Consent records may include your IP address, browser user agent, date, and selected preferences.
If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, and interaction data. Our Google Analytics measurement ID is G-RBC459EWKW. Google Analytics is not loaded before analytics consent.
Why we process information
- To create and fulfil your order, issue invoices, provide download links, and handle support, refunds, or disputes. The legal basis is performance of a contract.
- To keep accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and security records. The legal basis is compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in protecting the service.
- To send newsletters or promotional messages when you have given consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
- To understand website usage through Google Analytics when you have given analytics consent. You may withdraw consent through Cookie settings.
Service providers and international transfers
We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate Cutebugs, including Stripe for payments, our website and email hosting provider for hosting and SMTP delivery, and Google Analytics when consented to. These providers act under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using legally recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Order, invoice, payment, and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. Download tokens are retained while needed to provide the purchased product and resolve support requests. Contact and marketing records are kept while necessary for those purposes or until consent is withdrawn, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting configured in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. Contact hi@cutebugs.eu to exercise these rights.
Children
Our learning materials are intended for children, but purchases and website accounts are intended for adults. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, restricted download links, access controls, and trusted payment processing. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the latest version and update date will be shown on this page.
